The coronavirus pandemic forced everyone to work from home. Many organisations were not yet equipped for this – introducing a work-from-home policy requires a completely new approach to your mobility policy.

It requires a change in corporate culture, a redesign of the environment, providing the right facilities, a suitable communication strategy and the creation of an overall experience.

Free advice for organisations

Our mobility agents will be happy to help companies set up a work-from-home system. The agents are available for 40 hours, free of charge, to help organisations make the right choices and put a viable system in place.

The ‘Groot Schiphol Bereikbaar’ (Greater Schiphol Accessibility) programme is a partnership of the Royal Schiphol Group, the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, the province of North Holland, the Schiphol Area Development Company (SADC), the Amsterdam Transport Authority and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment with the aim of achieving better infrastructure, sustainable mobility and campaigns to change behaviour. This will ensure that Schiphol remains an attractive place to work. We form part of the Samen Bouwen aan Bereikbaarheid(Building Accessibility Together) programme.
